The trailer for P.D. Griffith's debut novel The Search for Artemis (The Chronicles of Landon Wicker, Book 1) has been released by Gryff Publishing, Ltd. Illustrations of scenes from the novel were created by artist Mike Webber and cover art was painted by Joe Larralde.
Fifteen-year-old Landon Wicker is psychokinetic, but the tragic unleashing of his abilities forces him to run from everything he knows. He finds solace, however, in the company of hundreds of psychokinetics like him when he's brought to the Gymnasium. Forced into a life where people don't just see—but control—the world around them and teenagers lift city buses with a thought, Landon struggles to accept his new reality and the guilt over his painful secret. On June 1, 2011, The Search for Artemis, book one of The Chronicles of Landon Wicker series, is scheduled to be released in ebook format for the Amazon Kindle, Barnes & Noble Nook, Apple iBookstore and on Smashwords.com. Detailing the adventures of Landon Wicker, fifteen-year-old psychokinetic, this young adult action-adventure is the first novel by P.D. Griffith.
